- Product support and bug reports — Questions about importing PDFs, citation lookup, the AI assistant, or Cloud Sync. If you are reporting a bug, mentioning your operating system (macOS or Windows version) and what you were doing when the issue occurred helps us reproduce and fix it quickly.
- Billing, subscriptions, and refunds — Questions about your plan, credit balance, invoices, or refund requests. Please write from the email address linked to your SciReader account or include your Paddle receipt number. See our Refund Policy for full eligibility details.
